Shipping:  The website is set up to calculate shipping costs for all European Union destinations.  The shipping cost is calculated automatically.  Customers from outside the European Union should not attempt to purchase items via the website but should contact us directly (ideally by email) stating items required and shipping address.  We will then produce a personalised quotation.

Collection in person:  If you are within easy driving distance of Thetford you can save money by collecting your items in person.  Please call us first to arrange collection, as there is always the risk that we will be awaiting delivery of one or more items in your order, and we would hate for you to have a wasted journey .

Complaints:  If you are unsatisfied with the items you have received or with any other aspect of our service, we want to hear from you.  Click on the 'Contact Us' tab for the different ways you can reach us.  We are a small company and pride ourselves on our quality of service, so we take all complaints very seriously indeed.
