PRICES
All prices quoted online include UK VAT where appropriate. We make every effort to keep the prices up to date but we reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. It may be that prices are incorrectly quoted or changed due to external circumstances. We have no statutory obligation to sell goods at the price quoted if that price is incorrect.
DELIVERY
We aim to ship all orders within three to four working days. If an item is not in stock it may be necessary to order that item from one of our suppliers before it can be dispatched. If we are unable to ship items you have ordered within our normal deadline due to them being out of stock we will contact you.
Delivery charges are calculated by reference to the weight of the consignment and the delivery area which you choose at the Checkout stage. If you feel the delivery charge you are quoted is excessive, please contact us and we will look into it.
Normal shipment methods: Items for the UK mainland are sent by courier. Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands sent by 1st class post. European Union up to 2kg by air mail, over 2kg by courier. However we reserve the right to use any shipment method that we see fit. Customers outside the European Union should contact us directly for shipping costs.
PAYMENT
We accept payment by Paypal, via credit or debit card using Google Checkout, or by cheque. We do not collect or have access to your credit card details. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of payment details if we think they are being used fraudulently.
RETURNS
You are free to return goods unused for a period of 30 days after delivery. Circumstances will dictate whether a full refund or an exchange is appropriate.
All goods have a minimum 1 year manufacturer's warranty (unless otherwise clearly indicated). Warranty claims for faulty goods will be dealt with through us but the manufacturer will make an assessment and decide on the proper course of action.
All goods should be returned packed to the same standard as when received, to avoid damage in transit. When returning goods, whether unused or under warranty, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
IMAGES
We make every effort to ensure that the product images we use are accurate and up to date. All product images are either owned by Glencoyne Engineering Ltd or are used with the permission of the originator and remain the copyright of the originator. Unauthorised use of images owned by Glencoyne Engineering Ltd will be taken very seriously.

Manufacturer and Land Rover part numbers are used for identification purposes only and do not imply or indicate the identity of the manufacturer.
The following terms are used to describe the origin of new parts listed in the shop:
Genuine: Part supplied by Land Rover Ltd, in Genuine Parts packaging.
OEM: Original Equipment Manufacturer. Made by a company which supplies new parts to motor manufacturers (although not necessarily the original supplier to Land Rover Ltd of that specific part). Examples: Delphi, Valeo, TRW, Lucas.
Replacement / pattern: Reproduction part, normally made for one of the large specialist wholesalers. Most of the pattern parts we sell come from Bearmach, a few from Allmakes. We do not sell Britpart parts.
COMPLAINTS
We take the satisfaction of our customers very seriously. If you feel you have received substandard goods or inaccurate information from us we would like to hear about it so that we can prevent the same thing from happening again. We will make every effort to rectify genuine problems as expediently as possible.
